Support conservatism by supporting abortion, Covid vaccines, and LGBTQ rights

What do abortion, Covid vaccines, and LGBTQ rights have in common? They all evolutionarily select against liberals. So why would any conservative oppose these things? Because he is a moron. And since almost everyone has become a moron by now, most conservatives oppose these great gifts from God that help wipe out liberal scum. God clearly needs to do more to wipe out the 90% of humanity who are hopeless morons, including conservative morons.

    I am not planning to get the covid vaccine or change my sex, so I don't mean to support this at a personal level. I mean to support this at a societal level. Conservative religions can just encourage their liberal members to leave, and this doesn't have an evolutionary impact like banning things at a societal level does.

    The bad news is that I am standing in a sewer surrounded by rats. Actually that just applies to modern scum who happen to dominate the internet. There are tolerable people outside of the internet.
