I always capture spiders in my home and release them outside. We do not have any poisonous spiders in our area.

There are no particularly dangerous spiders in North America so my policy is to just let them be, even inside, unless they invade my personal bubble and then they will be relocated or possibly murdered.

Tegenaria species rarely bite. If they do it will be in self-defense, and the bite is unlikely to break the skin.
