How does this explain all the quarentiens around the world?

The evidence for this actually happening is the mountain of videos, the released DNA sequence, first hand news reports from around the world, institutions all going along with it, etc. What evidence do you have that it is all a hoax? It would forever destroy any credibility in any institution and basically cause our society to crumble. All for an election.

The "mainstream" media perpetually lies to you - in unison - primarily owned by only 5 corporations. What evidence do you have that they are not orchestrating another great lie?

It would forever destroy any credibility in any institution - IF they ever admitted it, in any relevant time frame.

Also, MANY things can be simultaneously true, false, exaggerations, understated, etc.

In the 2000s I was very active, but I know it was a thing in 2003 when I was in Toronto. The free Rolling Stones concert was news. I even had a webpage of SARS memes that were shared among animators and Burning Man folks. I should dig that up.

So, seems like the Avian flu and 2nd occurrence of Ebola are wrong, but the rest is more or less on target for the dates. Of course, if any of these were really Psy-Ops, you would want to check the most hyped dates, not necessarily the actual time of the epidemic. Looking at Google Trends might be interesting.

Personally, I don't think most (maybe any) of these are nefariously started.

I do think that these virus epidemics are overblown however. And the over-hyping may very well be nefarious. Or at the vary least, the media builds it up for more ad revenue. And the end result is way more panic than is justified, especially if you take a true look at what is around you that might actually kill you... And which of those can be more efficiently mitigated.
