I'm not sure of the stats in the US but most groups become more conservative as they move up the social classes. If you want more black people to vote right you have to help them be more successful. Such a left wing seeming policy actually pays off for the right long term. This is why the left is often accused of trying to keep poor people poor.

Giving grants to people whose businesses have been destroyed by rioting could be one good move here.

Baltimore is a fucking shit city and I say that as someone who lived here for 6 years. The democrats and left ruined this place and I’m trying to hold onto hope of someday moving to somewhere better.
