It's six AM on the east coast of the US but can someone give their opinion on this? It sounds almost too good to be true.

I think you meant west coast.

I think it sounds like BS. The elections aren't run federally.

This claim could be independently verified.

Did any heroic procrastinator retain their mail-in ballot?

Please inspect for watermarks.

I expect there are lots of unused ballots out there somewhere that have no watermark but I cannot prove it.

Any legit mail-in ballot should have the watermark if her claim is legit.

I'm assuming the heroic procrastinator's ballot is legit.

This is FUD. Never heard of this before and if it were relevant it would have come out sooner. No one ever mentioned a federal election oversight organization before. The shills are getting their stories prepared now and in the next day or so you will see it everywhere. Explanation for how over 100% voters is possible. Explanations for why there was thousands of votes dumped at 4am. All bullshit. But the corrupt media will only show the bullshit and none of the debunking. The sheep will eat it up like sheep do. Those will be the people you will have to shoot.
