The Biden Cancer Initiative was founded in 2017 by the former VP and his wife Jill Biden.

All these charities the rich set up are just tax avoidance schemes. No exceptions.

Whenever a politician or billionaire starts a 'foundation' you can pretty much rest assured that its merely a tax shield/way to hand out money via fake jobs to buddies, not a legitimate charity.
