It's typical imperialism: they tell you your culture is wrong, they slander your way of life and national symbols, and they tell you you have to adopt their culture, and then they start sending colonists down to replace you — we call 'em carpetbaggers down South.

    We need to liberate the South alright — liberate the South fr'm Yankee oppression. The federal government has gone way too far; po'er must be returned to the States in a manner consistent with the tenth amendment, the way it's wri'n.

    Lol, yeah, that's true: if you live up North, your tax dollars do tend to go down South for welfare programs, since the South is so poor — due to Yankee colonization — but the money ain't helped us one bit, they just wan'o make us into welfare slaves.

    Colonies tend to become unprofitable over time, like the European colonies in Africa before they decolonized. Hopefully this means the Yankees'll go home soon, but they might do what Portugal did and hold on for dear life.

    Tax cuts for the rich, combined with terrible welfare programs, have made the South into a desolate wasteland economically. The Democratic-Republican Party is the party of Yankee imperialism, and the party of screwing over the Workers, Consumers, and small business owners.

    She happily takes part in the racist slander against the Dixon People, my People, and the imperialist erasure of our culture and way of life — when you promote the prejudiced idea that a whole group of people are racist: perhaps you're the real racist.

    I hold it to be true that Southern Whites and Southern Blacks have more in common with each-other than either do with their Northern counter-parts. The culture war ain't between Blacks and Whites — it's between the North and the South, and that's how it's always been.
