Perhaps the most interesting part of this plan they've been carrying out over all these decades is that it's essentially proof that the 'elites' are right about the 90-99%. You can just install new beliefs and opinions in them and they won't know the difference.

this is the bit that has bothered me the most.

If I consider myself not a sheeple, and my disconnect with nearly everyone I meet suggest that is true, then is it necessarily bad if the elites gain their consent to sterilize/euthanize them all? If the Elites don't also come after me, it could be quite a lovely world afterwards.

So i've stopped my activism. Wait and see, explain things to chance encounters, face to face, but let the play play out.

Those cancelling aren't the 90% though. They are the 10% chattering classes. They are the guys Orwell put in boiler suits as running the party admin while the majority got drunk and had a good time.
