Why not post something more reliable as a source (albeit also misleading):

https://www.ibtimes.sg/ahmaud-arbery-case-new-evidence-claims-arbery-often-pretended-be-jogger-while-committing-crime-56562

The argument that you see here is being used by defense attornies as:

New evidence presented in the case of the fatal shooting of Ahmaud Arbery by father-son duo Gregory and Travis McMichael

But it won't work. Believe it or not, it's illegal to pursue people in a truck and shoot then like you were hunting wild game. He was unarmed, hadn't stolen anything, was not tresspassing, was not in the process of stealing anything, but most of all: he had every right to be jogging outside, and did not deserve to be murdered whilst doing so. Think of this happening while you're jogging.

I've seen the video. This "jogger" attacks them and attempts to take their firearm before forcing them to shoot in self defense. The nonsense you're spouting about hunting wild game is pure leftist propaganda.

So if someone is threatening you with a gun, potentially to shoot you, and you try to take the gun, then it's your fault if the person shoots you? The person who brings the gun, and then manages to kill you, is definitely guilty. If you do this to any unarmed person, your claim that this is self defense is false, because you brought a gun, pointed it at the unarmed person, and threatened to murder him, implicitly or explicitly.

If someone has stopped me and is armed, no way in hell am I going to try to jump them and take their firearm from them. Especially if they've called the police already. I would comply with their demands. Resisting in that situation is something only a dumb criminal ape would do.

Keep in mind, performing a citizens arrest is not illegal. Assaulting someone is. Amaud is the one that assaulted the two men attempting to perform a citizens arrest, and thus the two men will walk in this case. I assume you'll be joining the rioters and burning down the cities when that happens?

The irony here is that socks was in another thread about the carjacking/murder in DC arguing in bad faith that the Uber Eats driver should have just relinquished his car.

Seriously? Look at the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-nKf0TW-L1M

Arbery saw men with guns trying to get him and once he turned the corner at the truck he was shot. WTF are you talking about. He fought with the guy with the gun AFTER he was shot. Then he was shot again. So you're saying - let the person shoot you - and then wait and see what happens. Makes absolutely no sense.

Amaud is the one that assaulted the two men attempting to perform a citizens arrest, and thus the two men will walk in this case.

This is insane. How could he assult someone if his first contact with them was to get shot. He also tried to avoid them.

Of course thats illegal. Why do you mention this here? It has nothing to do with the case.

"like" is the operative word in that sarcastic line

If you need to see this in legal terms: two armed white men pursued an unarmed person of colour supposedly in order to arrest him (per the attorney), shooting him upon his approach, and then shooting him again after a fight. Arbery tried to avoid them. The person with the shotgun is guilty of murder. It's on video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-nKf0TW-L1M

Hope this helps

I'm sure that's what he looked like on his "jogs" too. Sigh
