Notice how they didn't change their profile picture for Russia, the Middle East, or Turkey; it's obvious they're just doing it for money. Keep in mind: these are the same people who lock most of a game's features behind DLC that costs the same as the game itself — each. Typical Bethesda... can't say I'm surprised.

Meanwhile, Socialists fawn over companies like this on Twitter, just cause their profile picture is colorful one-twelfth of the year in western countries... when they claim they're against Capitalism and that it oppresses LGBT people, during the other eleven months.

Even if they were being honest, and changed it for all their accounts: I hate stupid virtue signals like this; I'm LGBT, but I would never do no'n like that, if I owned a business. What good does it do? You're literally just shilling for social justice warriors — the same people who'd cancel me in a millisecond for saying abortion is murder.

Socialists fawn over companies like this on Twitter,

No they don't. Most of them say the exact same thing you just did. How it's only for optics and it's still a shit company.

By "Socialists" I mean college students who think they're Socialists.

These kinds of "socialists" would be in the gulag in the USSR.

Yep, especially the Trotskyists.

The reason these particular socialists fawn over these companies during pride month is because they’re useful idiots for the neoliberal establishment, and being woke is their religion. Just a bunch of idiotic cumbrains they are.

As a gay man, I have to say, I am impressed with the cultures of Russia, Turkey and the Middle Eastern countries for not playing with this woke shite. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for gay marriage or civil unions or whatever, but I know that companies like Bethesda are seeking to impose an ideology on the populations of western countries that is insidious harmful. But these companies will try to put pride flags on their logos in Russian or Turkish markets if they can get away with it. Right now they can’t.

You know those countries imprison and sometimes even kill gays right? I'd rather deal with Bethesda's fake virtue signaling.

Homosexuality is legal in Russia and Turkey, and it’s also legal in some Middle Eastern countries like Jordan, Bahrain and Iraq. Plus, homosexual activity is extremely common behind closed doors in most Middle Eastern countries, even those that criminalise homosexuality on their books. Don’t get me wrong, homophobia is prevalent in those countries, and I don’t like it, though that’s not up to western countries to change that, it’s up to gay people in those countries to bring change and progress. But I do respect those countries to refusing to let multinational companies change their cultures.
