As a member of congress, Pelosi benefits from insider trading as there are no laws preventing politicians from benefiting from the information they have that is not public knowledge. Politicians from both sides of the aisle earn from inside information.

    climate change might just be a scam to drive down property values of places like that on the coast, that's a little house so why is it worth $25 mill, because it's location is rare, but if climate change is real shouldn't it be worthless, do real estate investors know something we don't?
