He was an oath keeper. Speculation is he was likely either an FBI agent or FBI paid informant/agitator.

There are multiple videos of him inciting violence or rioting.

I've heard from a few ppl that he was DHS, which was the reason after the FBI interviewed him, they pulled and scrubbed his BOLO from the internet and never charged him.

Her last answer was that no Federal agents or anyone working under the authority of Federal agents took part in the violence or the encouragement of violence that day. If so, why won't she answer the questions about Federal agents or informants in the crowd? Also, the FBI has files on everyone there that day, so she knows exactly who Epps is.
