Im not a christian but this guy is an absolute hero. He sticks to doing the right thing even when there is very little hope and the forces of evil are all around him and they are ruthless.

I have the same reaction. There are some of the things he preaches with which I disagree, but when I look at the entirety of his ministry, this is as good a man as I have witnessed. He is a fundamentally decent human being with the charisma to help thousands of people. Thousands of people have received food, shelter, and most importantly the recognition of their fundamental humanity because of his efforts. He is walking the walk, and the forces of evil absolutely loathe him for it.

My mom would hate me saying this as she feels the convoy was a crime this pastor being in jail feels like the doukobors all over again

Sometimes I agree with you but I'd put up for parole as she is older and due to something I was diagnosed with I still need her from time to time. I am a high functioning autistic and she kind of helps make sure I have what I need. I can do a lot for myself and I can take care of myself but there some areas I'm not great with. So she helps.
