They're just delaying the certification until Nov 28th as a political statement over a printer issue with the ballots.

Got it. It’s crazy how many issues there are with voting. Maybe we should do it by hand.

Probably didn't help that one of the candidates was actually in charge of overseeing the elections and refused to recuse herself. Fox was always in the hen house.
