I disagree with you only on the point of this being purely ideological. Clearly there are a lot of more young people 'coming out' as gay or trans than there ever has been in previous generations and I think exposing children to deviant pornographic content like this is a part of the cause for this phenomenon. If all they wanted was to be accepted there would not be a need to expose little kids to pornography.

I see your point, and I won't deny it has this effect, it clearly does. But I do think the vast majority of people and parents that are supporting this do so because they want to raise a child that has tolerant values like them, and thinks people that don't have these values are morally bad and a threat to society/democracy what have you. Now among the trans activist community, yes there are definitely some sick fucks and I don;t doubt some have some sick motives, but I don't think this phenomenon is being driven by the 0.5% of sex crazed lunatics, its the well meaning but brainwashed liberals who think believe in this woke morality and treat it like a secular religion that everyone else must accept, cannot be questioned, and stone the sinners against it. I also think the politicians encourage this for reasons having to do with power, not because they want kids to be trannies.
