Can we copy the contents to a host that doesn't spy for governments, feed AI understanding of the public's knowledge to facilitate their destruction, and doesn't require JavaScript to view?

Yeah where would be a better place to host the document? I didn't really know of a good place and I don't necessarily care for using anything Google so if you can give me a recommendation I'll post it there
