There shouldn't be freedom of speech for anyone advocating against human rights

This includes making some people not equal in the law than others (so for example what the Jim Crow laws did or the Nazis), wanting to take away freedom of speech, wanting to take away freedom of information, of Movement etc. It's because those speech are dangerous and extremist. If people would allow them there would be haos and there wouldn't be freedom of speech anymore too. So yes, hate speech should also be banned.

I don't agree. I'd rather know who I'm dealing with in any given moment. Suppress the things that offend you and you are making those things a sort of stealth enemy.

And if you legislate certain points of view, you set the precedent for yourself and your own views being suppressed and criminalized when your opinions become the legally "wrong" ones.
