In leftist logic "they are on the right side of history". I wonder did they ever review their ideology before they were staring at the barrel of a gun, lol.

Leftists, and democrats both synonymously and in general use power of the state against the people. Understand that antifa, BLM and other organizations of the Democratic party are the tools, useful idiots if you will, the instruments of change.

Sacrificing a few lemmings to justify bringing down the full weight of the police state ran by democrats or milquetoast Republicans is part of the inside outside game and is a successful strategy to overthrow governments and ruling classes throughout history.

the fact that so many people believe the narratives of BLM/ antifa not only make it that much more visceral and real, it also reflects just how far our society has collapsed and we as a people generally have very little understanding of the values set forth in the constitution, let alone it's reason for existence, the declaration of independence.

This is the reason Obama says he can't legislate DACA, yet a federal judge not only upholds it as law he also remand the current POTUS for attempting to stop this policy. It's the reason judges can rewrite healthcare laws as what they should be. It's the reason people who lie about secret FISA warrants can evade criminal charges even after someone pleads guilty to the fact they were fraudulent doesn't go to jail.

The constitution is a dead letter. What you are witnessing now is the beginning of a 21st century generation form and write it's values, a new declaration of independence if you will while laying the groundwork to destroy the current... essentially it's this: when a govt no longer represents the people, it's up to the people to dissolve and reform a new govt.

It's the same for both sides by the way. That kid who drives up from Antioch Illinois isn't a hero. You can't defend someone else's property better than they can, and if they want to let their city burn that's on them and it reflects of them. That kid is a tool, a useful idiot, perhaps better stated as controlled opposition. (Ruining up to Kenosha with his mask and gun...)

You can loot and riot, but open you salon business or attend a church and you'll have police showing up to arrest you.

We are the Weimar Republic right now..

Another video of the guy shot in the head chasing and throwing a molotov cocktail at the man defending himself seconds before (car lot).

    https://files.catbox.moe/8tfcu5.mp4

The man defending himself in these videos is 17 years old. As every single person he shot was trying to kill him as he ran away from them - and it's all on video, I'm going to be feeling violent myself and if they charge him with a crime. This anarcho-tyranny has to stop.

    [–]noice 4 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 0 fun5 insightful - 1 fun -  (29 children)

It's illegal for a 17 year old to carry, concealed or open. If it's true that he's 17 (haven't heard this elsewhere) then the kid should've stayed home

    [–]Canbot 8 insightful - 2 fun8 insightful - 1 fun9 insightful - 2 fun -  (16 children)

It is unconstitutional to deny a 17 year old their right to bear arms. There is no provision in the constitution that allows for age restriction. No law shall be passed that contradicts the constitution.

    [–]JulienMayfair 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (4 children)

The Second Amendment calls for "A well-regulated militia," not a 17 year-old going out looking for trouble.

I grew up around guns, and my father drilled gun safety into our skulls. We've got a lot of people running around in these situations who do not know how to handle themselves when emotions are running high. Have you seen the video of the couple who spoke to the Republican convention? They were waving their guns around like idiots. You stand your ground, calmly, with your gun pointed at the ground. You only raise it if someone is approaching you in a threatening manner.

    [–]Uncle-Ruckus 4 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 2 fun -  (3 children)

You only raise it if someone is approaching you in a threatening manner.

This kid did exactly that (if you were referring to him at all). Plus its legal for a 17 yo to carry depending on the circumstances, and it seems like this may qualify as it.

    [–]FediNetizen 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

He came in from another state so he could "patrol", and now 2 people are dead. I really doubt the justice system is going to go easy on this one.

    [–]JulienMayfair 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

It's going to take some analysis to figure out exactly what happened in that sequence of events. He may very well have acted legally in self-defense strictly when he was being pursued by people who were attacking him. However, when we move from that specific situation to a more general idea of what's the prudent thing to do, you're in a much more secure legal position if you are defending yourself on your own property than you are if you go out as a self-appointed vigilante. Even if he fired in self-defense, he may get charged with other offenses. The bottom line is that you really do not want to go out to confront rioters with a gun if you don't have to. You do not want to have to be figuring out what to do while being chased down the street by a mob.

    [–]FediNetizen 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (9 children)

It's my understanding that the kid was also from out of state. If he came in response to the protests, then the kid was looking for trouble.

Also, I doubt that age requirements could be struck down as unconstitutional. Obviously you can't prevent someone from using a weapon if that's what is available, but the kid was carrying when there wasn't an active threat.

    [–]Canbot 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (5 children)

He came to protect the citizens and the city, not "looking for trouble". The Antifa terrorists are the ones looking to cause trouble.

17 is old enough to enlist, so it is absolutely retarded to claim that is too young to have a gun. If Hillary had stacked the Supreme court with more Leftist activist judges you might be right. Thank God for Trump.

Literally rioters in the street torching the city and attacking citizens "muh no active threat" Fuck off.

    [–]FediNetizen 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (4 children)

He came to protect the citizens and the city, not "looking for trouble"

His "protection" wasn't needed. A 17-year-old with a rifle from out of state without legal authority at a protest that started because someone got shot 7 times in the back could only make the situation worse. Which he did.

17 is old enough to enlist, so it is absolutely retarded to claim that is too young to have a gun

Hey, they've got child soldiers in Namibia, so I guess that means it's retarded to claim that 10 is too young to have a gun, right? Obviously fucking not.

You can enlist at 17 with your parent's consent, but you're put in a system where you are a nobody that follows direct orders for years. You don't make your own decisions about when and in what circumstances it's appropriate to have or to use a gun, and for damn good reason, because 17-year-olds have neither the experience nor the maturity to be making those kinds of decisions.

And decision-making is exactly what this kid shouldn't have been doing. He had neither the experience nor the maturity to be wielding a firearm in the presence of protestors. There may be property damage but up to that point the only person who had been killed was the guy shot 7 times in the back by the police.

Neither he nor anyone he knew was in any way being threatened by them until he decided to come to their town and start "patrolling" with a gun.

From the footage I've seen it looks at least somewhat justifiable as self-defense, but that's ignoring the context where he literally drove in from another state to be there. The kid wanted to LARP as a cop, but lacked the maturity, authority, or training, and now 2 people are dead.

    [–]Canbot 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

    His "protection" wasn't needed

Terrorists are destroying the city and the government is letting it happen. It's not a protest. The rioters are also from out of town and have no business being there.

    only make the situation worse

TERRORISTS ARE BURNING THE CITY TO THE GROUND YOU ABSOLUTE RETARD! The militia is absolutely NOT making anything worse.

because 17-year-olds have neither the experience nor the maturity to be making those kinds of decisions.

You are obviously not the kind of person who would ever join the military and are completely talking out of your ass here. This kid handled himself perfectly fine and did everything right. Everyone he shot deserved to get shot. Meanwhile the retards with Antifa are all carrying guns and you say nothing about their mental capacity.

Neither he nor anyone he knew was in any way being threatened

Bullshit, people are being killed by these terrorists left and right. They are literally burning down building with people inside. They are beating people unconscious leaving them with permanent brain damage.

THE TERRORISTS ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN.

    [–]FediNetizen 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

TERRORISTS ARE BURNING THE CITY TO THE GROUND

You've said this twice, so obviously you know what you are talking about. How many buildings have been burned down in Kenosha since the protests started?

Bullshit, people are being killed by these terrorists left and right

Again, lets get some specifics here. I'm getting a lot of emotion from you, and not a lot of facts. Please list the people that have died in the Kenosha protests.

    [–]Canbot 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (1 child)

They specifically attacked Kyle and that is why they got shot. The argument that if Kyle wasn't there he wouldn't have been attacked is fucking retarded ass victim blaming. Antifa are violent and attack anyone standing in their way.

The riots are not only in Kenosha. There are Antifa terrorists all across the country using violence and destruction for political gain. Stop claiming they aren't violent, and stop claiming they haven't killed people.

    [–]FediNetizen 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Stop claiming they aren't violent, and stop claiming they haven't killed people.

I asked you for a list (or count, or really anything) of the people that have died and buildings burned down in the Kenosha protests, in response to your claim that "terrorists are burning the city to the ground" and "killing people left and right". The reason I asked you for a list is because I knew you were full of shit.

Throughout the week there have been about 20 buildings burned, mostly just business storefronts. While that's not nothing, of the many tens of thousands of buildings in a city with a population of 100,000, it's nowhere near anything that could be described as "terrorists burning the city to the ground".

And as of the time of your claim that they were "killing people left and right", there were only three two people that had died in relation to the Kenosha protests: the guy the police shot 7 times in the back that started the protests (he lived, though is now paralyzed), and the two people this kid shot. No one had been killed in the actual protests, until this kid decided he would come down with a rifle and "help".

You're trying to defend his actions based on lies. Why don't you try sticking to the truth instead?

    [–]Jesus 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (2 children)

He might have been unconsciously, who really knows, I don't and you don't either. What we do know is that he might have been illegally carrying a rifle but it appears he wasn't trying to intentionally murder someone. The shots were fored after a molotov cocktail was thrown at him.

    [–]FediNetizen 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

As I said in another thread, from the footage I've seen it looks at least somewhat justifiable as self-defense, but when you consider that he came in from another state to "patrol" it really changes the picture.

    [–]Jesus 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Patrol, or to defend businesses? The shooter will use the latter for his defense and in a court of law, it is a pretty good defense. I think if he came from another state it is a moot point.

    [–]noice 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I don't feel too strongly about saying he should've stayed home. I don't even know if the dude is 17. Of course I don't condemn him for exercising his 1st and 2nd amendment rights (and responsibly/effectively).

Gaige Grosskreutz is a convicted felon, so the pistol he's holding is even more illegal.

Has absolutely nothing to do with the shooting and you have no problem with what the protesters were doing...and they were armed too!

    [–]Jesus 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (2 children)

    Fallacy.

    [–]bagano1 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Not being old enough to legally carry the gun has nothing to do with the shooting. Two totally different things, legally.

    I agree.

    [–]noice 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Not going to dig into the legalese, but here:

    https://gunlawsuits.org/gun-laws/wisconsin/open-carry/

What Is The Age Requirement To Open Carry In Wisconsin? You must be at least eighteen years old to open carry in Wisconsin.

What Is The Age Requirement To Conceal Carry In The State? The age requirement for concealed carry in the state is twenty-one years old.

Ultimately an irrelevant detail. After viewing other videos (with folks firing guns before Kyle headshot the guy) - he showed much more restraint than I would have. When people have been looting, setting fire to shit, shooting at you, and hurling molotovs at cops it's rational to assume a bottle headed your way is deadly.

If I'd been in his position I wouldn't have acted with the immense restraint he exercised. I would have blown away every rioter I could - knowing the corrupt justice system would try to murder me for standing up against the anarchy regardless.

I bet he won't be quite so "Blue Lives Matter" before this is all over. No one should be. They don't protect the public interests and treat those that do with extreme prejudice. If the marxist insurrection manages to prosecute Kyle for murder, the party finally starts - since it would shatter the faith "law and order" conservatives have in the system and make the majority of the productive portions of the country "no-go" zones.

    [–]alkhd 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Well, you shouldn't go to an area with rioters with an AR if you have no restraint then, if you end up shooting someone, that's on you. He went there to flex his big dick and his big toy and people ended up dying and it could have prevented by you know, not going to a riot with an AR to play pretend military.

The government can't tolerate this forever. Corporate America won't, especially when it costs them money. They already pretty much did this in Detroit. They were electing dirtbags as mayor and the government had to shut it down. They have a white guy as mayor now. There's just no way anyone voting him in there.

The press is going to have to be reined in. Not sure how the government will do it, but it's going to happen. They have no choice.

    I guess the DA disagrees:

Kyle Rittenhouse was charged with first-degree murder in the deaths of two men who have not yet been identified, reported The Daily Dot, which obtained a public document from the Lake County, Illinois Clerk of Courts.

    Also:

Rittenhouse was also cited as fleeing “the state of Wisconsin with intent to avoid prosecution for that offense.” A public defender has been assigned to him and he will appear for an extradition hearing in the coming days.

Not a good look fleeing the state, and he'll need more than a PD to walk.

    [–]Minedwe 10 insightful - 3 fun10 insightful - 2 fun11 insightful - 3 fun -  (35 children)

Look at the videos and images. He did everything right. Of course, that evidence will probably never be presented, PDs work with the Marxist Judge and DA all the time.

This is white genocide. Blacks can rape and kill whites with impunity, but when whites defend themslves from people atcively trying to murder them, they get arrested.

For drug shit and because some crimes DO get publicity. Not all cops are completely cucked. But for the most part, blacks get away with shit like attacking people, committing terrorism, etc. and whites get arrested for self defense or questioning narratives.

Not all cops are completely cucked. But for the most part, blacks get away with shit like attacking people, committing terrorism, etc. and whites get arrested for self defense or questioning narratives.

Do you see blacks in prison for defending themselves from white attackers? DO you see """protesters""" form BLM rallies getting charged with terrorism?

Wait, whites get arrested for questioning narratives? In this country? When did this start happening?

In most of Europe even suggesting that maybe some fact about the holocaust may not be backed up by historical evidence is a crime. In the US they're trying to make boycotting Israel a federal crime. On the internet if you don't flagellate yourself for Israel or Palestine you get chimped out on and banned.

I think what you just did is move the goalposts. You said blacks murder and rape whites with impunity. Back that up, or acknowledge that's simply not the case.

In most of Europe even suggesting that maybe some fact about the holocaust may not be backed up by historical evidence is a crime.

    That's why I don't live in Europe. It's a shit hole.

In the US they're trying to make boycotting Israel a federal crime. On the internet if you don't flagellate yourself for Israel or Palestine you get chimped out on and banned.

Well aware of that, but it's being beaten back. The 1st amendment has been upheld to include boycotting; a white owned business actually tried to sue the NAACP because they encouraged blacks to boycott them back in the 1960's. Didn't work then and won't work now. The precedent is set. Israel is a real problem however. They meddle in this country's affairs like no other nation, and wield tremendous influence within both corrupt old parties. We must all be unified in our opposition of Israel's meddling in US internal affairs.

On the internet if you don't flagellate yourself for Israel or Palestine you get chimped out on and banned.

Indeed. But apparently you ignore the causes.

We must all be unified in our opposition of Israel's meddling in US internal affairs.

It doesn't matter, because no party goes against them. At least no major ones. Dems and Repubs are always happy to agree and unite when it comes to fucking over the American people for their own degenerate benefit.

Not on this site apparently, and that is a far cry from being arrested. You have some legit gripes, don't get me wrong, but perhaps you take this persecution complex too far.

Of course not on this site. It's very openly free speech. And of course it's a far cry from being arrested, but being arrested for "hate speech" or "Holocaust denial" is 100% a thing in a lot of nations, unfortuantely, even if you're speaking historically verified facts.

And I do not have a persecution complex, if you're looking for one of those, look at the people yelling about shit that SUPPOSEDLY happened decades or centuries ago and act as if it's still relevant, not the people complaining about actively beign genocided, replaced, and abused in the present.

Sure, because every time you commit one, it represents a hole in your argument, and offers you a chance to either fill that hole with facts or acknowledge you are wrong about a given topic.

Indeed. But apparently you ignore the causes.

The causes of that problem are of no concern to me. We have our own problems here to focus on.

It doesn't matter, because no party goes against them. At least no major ones. Dems and Repubs are always happy to agree and unite when it comes to fucking over the American people for their own degenerate benefit.

That's why I withdrew my support for those parties. I invite you to do the same.

I would never choose to live in a nation where questioning history would land me in prison.

And I do not have a persecution complex

    If you say so.

if you're looking for one of those, look at the people yelling about shit that SUPPOSEDLY happened decades or centuries ago and act as if it's still relevant

SUPPOSEDLY? Slavery never happened? Jim Crow never happened? 400 years of oppression never happened? As for whether or not it is still relevant, there are still people alive who lived under Jim Crow segregation and discrimination and they have children. Let's also remember the war on drugs was designed specifically to disrupt the black community after the Civil Rights Act was passed, and it disproportionately targets blacks, even though white use and sell drugs at about the same rates as black.

not the people complaining about actively beign genocided, replaced, and abused in the present.

Yeah, that was the persecution complex I spoke of earlier. No one is trying to erase your skin color. No one is stopping you from mating exclusively with other whites. No one is rounding you up and putting you in concentration camps.

I'm about to block this idiot.

Project much, and how many accounts do you have /u/bagano1 and /u/Minedwe? You are calling me an idiot because you are being intellectually dishonest and can't back your own assertions. No worries. Block away. They pull that shit on Reddit, but from a different end of the spectrum. When you hold extremism up to scrutiny, be it from the left, or the right, the logic tends to wither. So, by all means, block me if you can't back your assertions and I am making you feel uncomfortable. Maybe you need a safe space? Just know, you are no better than the censors at Reddit, because they do the exact same thing when they can't back their bullshit propaganda. They ban you. They erase you. They block you. Ever experience that? Enjoy the rest of the your evening brother.

That's because ZOG owns the US. Amd Trump signed into law that anti-Semitism bill with Dershowitz the pedo right behind him.

He did everything right except drive up to Kenosha looking for trouble.

He isn't defending his property.. If the good people of Kenosha want to let their city burn, then let them burn it.

If certain groups defund the police in their city, that's when locals or communities organize and stop the protests for their local area, dropping every protester without discretion.

They'll move on to the nice wealthy white neighborhoods that defunded the police in the first place i assure you.

But he's an outsider looking to help people that don't want to be helped. Controlled opposition.

He tried to surrender to cops on camera, that fleeing charge is bullshit, and will be debunked easily. This looks like a political move by the DA to me. Although cant say I didnt expect the charge, hard to not get charged in this type of situation.

Marxist DA. I'd like to offer him a free helicopter tour, we could go over the details of the case during our flight. I'm sure I could persuade him to change his mind.

How many DA's do you know and have personal experience with, allowing you to make this sweeping generalization?

I want to ask you the same question, ROFLMAO.

I wasn't kidding when I said I had personal experience with them. Their goal is to get as many convictions as possible. They are EVIL people.

I want to ask you the same question, ROFLMAO.

Feel free, the answer is about 3-4, because that's how many times I've been to court. Here's the thing though, I'm not the one who made the claim that "Most DA's are fucking morons", you did.

I wasn't kidding when I said I had personal experience with them. Their goal is to get as many convictions as possible. They are EVIL people.

I'll accept your position at face value. How many DA's do you know and have personal experience with, allowing you to make this sweeping generalization?

God I hate the drug war. Lived in California for a few years, tried weed once it was legalized. Couldn't believe they were sending people to prison over the shit while alcohol, which is 10x more harmful and also addictive, is totally cool.

Fox news = white night of Israel defends himself when rabid anti-Semitic marxist BLM supporters decide to persue and throw a Russian trafficked molotov cocktail.

Cnn = WHITE person goes on the hunt for innocent peaceful black protestors.

It was a plastic bag not a molotov lol but yeah i wouldn't chase a kid with an ar either. It's just the streetlight reflecting off it, you can see it slide on the ground and not blow up.

This is what a molotov looks like: https://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&t=37&v=_uCB37tHuGE

I would have left as soon as things got heated, there's no way it was going to end well. This crap isn't worth shooting someone or being shot over.

    [–]Jesus 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

The thing is, I would never put myself in this situation. But it seems throwing a molotov cocktail at someone who is running away won't hold up in court.

And is this the same shooting?

This ARMED "white" dude ALIVE ... UNARMED Black Dude stopped a fight shot IN the BACK BY LEO SEVEN TIMES in front of His KIDS and now paralyzed from the waist down!

That's the story being pushed currently. Emphasis on WHITE, lol.

When he was running away from protestors do we know he hadn't shot anyone beforehand?

    Only playing devil's advocate here.
