There is no scientific way to determine the existence of biogenetically distinct races, especially because almost everyone is somewhat "mixed", and thus will not fit appropriately within biogenetically distinct race categories.

Ah, there's your problem. You made the assumption that there are clear boundaries between the races. This is not the case. As in most things in nature, the boundaries are fuzzy. But there are clear clusters that are identifiable by science. Ethnic Jews are a distinct group, for example.
