I'm not part of the Saidit team. Jason was referring to the Cassandra team, which started here but is going to provide its own set of services, and currently does one. I do Tor stuff for this project. Namely, I've set up a phpBB forum as a hidden service. It's called Incantation and you can reach it here.

(Note that it's hosted as a hidden service simply to make it harder to censor, but we aim to include non-Tor users as well. Here's the clearnet link.)

to disable new account registrations is probably one of the most direct ways to shove a stake into the heart of a public forum website.
