There is a block feature, and a "hide" option under each post.

I think not having a down vote is great. I really like the two tier up vote. In fact, I would say I would be happy with a theird tier that says something like "stupid" or "bullshit" or something.

The problem with + and - is that it always leads to brigading and censorship. I have no issue with censorship, but I do when a bunch of tards get together and use it to subvert.
