Before our economy and livelihoods were slowly gutted by progressive politicians starting about the beginning of 2000, it was extremely difficult to not be able to make ends meet, living on your own, employed with an entry level job. Thus, living with your parents was a sign of being lazy and unemployed, during a time of great opportunity, easy employment, and cheap cost of living. Only those ambitious enough to live in expensive urban shit-hole slums needed room-mates to cover the exorbitant costs of urban housing caused by the centralization of emerging technology to these urban hubs.

Now everyone is struggling. The urban shit-holes have a mass migration outwards. It is hard to make ends meet no matter how many decades of skilled experience you have and our country is pissing away all our tax dollars into green energy scams and foreign money laundering wars.

I agree with what you are saying here about the cultural reasons we frown upon this living arrangement, but I think this started way before 2000, 2000 is just when the problem had gotten pretty bad. Globalization and the outsourcing of factory jobs which started much earlier than this was certainly part of this trend. One could argue this has been a trend since very beginning of America.

Importing slaves to work in fields, Irish and then Chinamen to mine and build railroads, Mexicans to pick our fields, all predicated on extreme resistance to paying existing Americans a living wage for essential work. The factory work got outsourced next, but there has been a very long process of trying to not pay American laborers a living wage to do the vast majority of blue collar labor. I think you are underappreciating the incentives provided by our economic system and the globalization made possible by technology in creating the situation we see today

The US has always struggled to compete against a world exploiting slavery. Our unskilled labor market has always been an unstable mess from it.

We still have Apple outsourcing their manufacturing to quasi slave labor and fighting to climb over a 50% rejection rate in manufactured parts; apparently the cost savings exceed the quality losses.

I completely agree, but in many ways I think this idea of international competition is very problematic. The efficiency of our production has greatly increased with technology, yet we are looking back at Post WW2 America and saying life was better then. More overall production did not lead to better lives for most Americans. With today's technology, would a completely economically isolated America be unable to achieve this 1950's standard of living? I find this hard to believe. Why is it we think competing with other nations is the better goal here? This may produce more things total, but it ends with hollowing out our own middle class to participate in this

I am not a Satanist, I am not a child that believes in supernatural beings, and even if I did believe in God and Satan, I would not bow down to worship either of them. They can both suck my monster hooligan penis

Only if you're male. Because the male is worthless to nature unless he proves his worth by beating all the other males. And failing at natural selection is perceived as sinful for some reason.

The powers that be figured out that separating white children from a stable home life before they are really ready makes it easier control and financially and sometimes physically weaker through addiction. Really they have been working on dissolving the white family unit at least since the good guys lost WW2. The meme of "if you still live with your parents after 18 you are a loser" is just another psyop perpetuated by (((Hollywood))). Most 18 year olds would benefit from the stability of a home life instead of being cast out like a bum to be victimized by every grifter around. Kids living with their families far into adulthood was the norm for thousands of years. They see the white family unit as a threat.

Simply because wages are higher and property prices are lower in the US than the rest of the West so in the past people just moved out to somewhere cheap at the first opportunity. That didn't necessary mean they moved away from their family, but they were out from under each others feet.

Most people on benefits in the USA have bigger houses than the average middle class European.

A lot of people just don't have a choice anymore. They've been priced right out of the housing market. In a lot of cities, their entire monthly income of, say, 3,000 bucks might get them an abandoned refrigerator that someone dumped at the end of the road.

    Lol ok mate. Here's why.

American culture is kinda fucked. Frontier boostrap mentality is taken to the extreme by some. Homestead family is everything taken to the extreme by others. Result. Country of extremes.

So what's wrong with living at home with the parents? On its own nothing. It is not that stupid. Can be a smart financial move. But the problem comes to young men with zero ambition, parents who will enable that, and the intersection there that leads to the problems with the basement vampires.

I know basement vampires types. Not all are bad people. But there are trends. One, social wimps, never had to deal with real shit. Two, retards. Like the "hurr Durr after the revolution ends capitalism I'll not have to work a job".

Mate after the revolution dumbasses like you who are t contributing to society are getting sent to Siberia haven't you studied History?
