Well in my admitted rudimentary opinion. Niggers are selfish and lazy, that kind of person doesn't typically become a teacher. Couple that with young people who think living in a shithole city is "cool and progressive", they get out of college and teach there. Also, my sons school for example is a great school, well as great as a public indoctrination camp can be anyway. Teachers don't leave there, making the jobs in those schools hard to get.
