I looked into 23andme, but it says this:

listing XXY (Klinefelter’s syndrome) and other chromosome differences as conditions not included in 23andMe reports. Their algorithm just isn’t designed to analyze unexpected chromosome differences.

So maybe you can look into whether there's some other service you can find that will determine that. A local university genetics lab maybe?

I probably won't bother, I just wanted to hear people's take on this idea. Personally I'm very skeptical, because a lot of the "signs" I apparently have are just from being relatively young. Like, hardly anyone my age has chest hair or a full beard.

But I do indeed have the most outlandish sexuality anyone's ever heard of, if you can even call it that. I've seen plenty of men who have paraphillias, but never have I heard of any other aroace males, which makes sense because it's pretty much the most unmale thing possible. It flies in the face of the entire biological purpose of the human male. Probably why I'm so miserable. I'm also a tranny, what a coincidence. When I say that I mean the old kind that takes hormones and has to make the most of a terrible hand in life, not what probably popped into your head when you read the word tranny. That is caused by genetic defects, not necessarily chromosomal ones, but it can be triggered by that too. In any case it's some kind of intersex thing.

Probably why I'm so miserable special, really really super special and deserving of your time and attention, please look at me and all these special labels I have attached to myself.

If that's how it is, why am I not bragging about it?

It's attention seeking behavior just like bragging, rooted in your low self-esteem. Forget about being a tranny and your sexual identity, why don't you work on loving yourself?

In many cases when people give advice to others they give the advice that they know that they need to follow.. but they can't seem to follow it.. so they give the advice to others and watch why they fail to follow it.

It reminds me of a dog chasing his tail.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

It's still good advice.

It just reminds me of sponsors in AA, and how they give advice to newcomers that they can't follow themselves.

The advice that we give to others is sometimes the advice that we need to follow ourselves.

Very true.

I'm a bit busy shopping for sugar babies right now, can we continue this later?

I'm really looking forward to having big money and being able to go out on nice dinner dates with girls that are miles out of my league..

I think I will make my first offer to give $1,500 for a simple platonic dinner date with no expectations at all.

I'm going to be rocking with nice ladies that are way out of my league.

How can I love a body that doesn't feel like me?

[–]Vulptex[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (6 children)

Imagine if your body somehow turned male? How would you feel?

When painful problems are in your life, you have options:

  1. Solve the problem
  2. Change how you feel
  3. Accept the problem
  4. Stay miserable

I'll share with you one of the few useful concepts I learned about in rehab. It's called radical acceptance. Here are the 10 steps out of your misery:

  1. Observe that you are questioning or fighting reality ("It shouldn't be this way")

  2. Remind yourself that the unpleasant reality is just as it is and cannot be changed ("This is what happened")

  3. Remind yourself that there are causes for the reality ("This is how things happened")

  4. Practice accepting with your whole self - accepting self talk, relaxation techniques, mindfulness, imagery

  5. List all of the behaviors you would engage in if you did accept the facts and then engage in those behaviors as if you did accept the facts

  6. Imagine, in your mind's eye, believing what you do not want to accept and rehearse in your mind what you would do if you accepted what seems unacceptable.

  7. Attend to body sensations as you think about what you need to accept

  8. Allow disappointment, sadness or grief to arise within you

  9. Acknowledge that life can be worth living even when there is pain

  10. Make a list of pros and cons if you find yourself resisting practicing acceptance.

This is part of DBT, dialectical behavior therapy. I suggest you look into it.

Thank you, this could be helpful. Unfortunately I don't know how possible it is for me. There does come a point where the pain outweighs the joy.

I'm just curious, Miss Melody, did you manage to stay off drinking and how long have you been sober now?

Since the beginning of June

I don't know you and you probably think I'm pretty strange, but I just wanted to say congratulations and that I'm really proud of you for making such an effort.

I don't know the extent of your problem that you have because no two people with your problem are The same, but you'll never go wrong by quitting.

If I never talk to you again I never chat with you again that's fine, you stay strong and do the right thing.

And don't take any wooden nickels.

I won't consider minor breast development, because everyone who gets as much physical activity as I do has that.

There's your problem. Humans are meant to live an active lifestyle.

I mean we get a lot of exercise. Exercising burns energy which increases estrogen.

I have way too much testosterone as it is. I want to reduce it.

    [–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

    Post a picture or stfu

Seriously though, no. You probably have low testosterone because of all the crappy food you eat and never get off your computer.

I can tell you I am quite healthy and I'm not always on the computer.
