Ok, I need to see something corroborating their ages since this was posted in s/whoadude instead of s/funny.

I can tell you that they are Norwegian (academics, I believe) so you might try Duck Duck Go or the other one to find more information. I have read of longitudinal studies showing that vegans do not maintain their health after a few years.
