WikiLeaks video 'shows US attack' by [deleted] in history

REEEEEEALY old news, nigger. When it was first shared, it wasn't known at that time if Wikileaks had anything to do with sharing it. It was one of many examples of shared videos, photos and information exposing US abuses. If Wikileaks helped share any of that, great, but we shouldn't try to re-write history with these leaked items, stating without evidence that they were originally shared by Wikileaks. But if there is any evidence of Wikileaks origins, good.

I didn't mention a theory.

1) Physical store closings for the past 5+ years have been due to a shift of purchasing online at Amazon and other companies.

2) Nordstrom has closed stores for the past few years (search Nordstrom store closings).

3) Amazon doesn't restrict deliveries to specific areas.

There's no Biden syndicate, dipshit. Breitbart appeals only to the dumbest, most pathetic gimps of the .01% fascist traitors. Stop supporting these assholes who are fucking over the 99%. This report is also 99% hatred, and 1% mentioning AI. If you want to know about the problems of AI, look it up, rather than support traitors who are fucking your life up.

NyPost and P-38 AGAIN wanting to take this out of context, because: honkies be outraged! Sure honkies be outraged, but what's ACTUALLY happening is that Amazon and other online businesses have been putting bricks and morter businesses out of business for years. Just look at Nordstrom closures over the years, long before mass thefts. Secondly, extreme income inequality in San Francisco has grown exponentially because of greed by whitey. So: boycott Amazon!!

BBC News Finally Admits COVID Vaccines Caused ‘Excess Deaths’ in 2022 by ROSS921 in censorship

[–]SuqMadiq 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Yes, because the moment a vaccinated cell dies, spike proteins and protein fragments are then sucked into an antigen-presenting cell. Although that's an immune cell, its DNA has at that point been altered and as it reproduces, making other immune cells, the new DNA strands mutate and combine with other cells, creating an unpredictable series of new DNA strands in the body. Thus far, the mutations on record are genital changes. What the media won't tell you is that the new trans movement is one result of these genital mutations. We didn't know much about trans people until AFTER the vaccinations. There have been women who've grown penises, and men who were horrified to see their penises turn purple, then black, and fall off. We deserve to know the truth about this. It's fucking up America.

These are obviously a cherry-picked comments, taken out of context, and thereby used to spread false interpretations. This is common in anti-vax/GOP disinformation. Next time you want to quote the BBC, link to the BBC.

You're spreading obvious disinformation. The BBC did NOT claim that "COVID vaccines caused excess deaths in 2022."

Yes, that is a huge problem. Corporate arrangements (bribes?) for more H-1B visas are also corrupt.

no better predictor of competence in software than a CS degree

I have no argument with that. However, broader skill sets obtained in a liberal arts education can also prepare one for leadership roles.

I'd agree that there is sometimes a disconnect between what acadademics teach and the practical skills necessary for a job.

A liberal arts research institution in California would have a proportion of vocation skills to liberal arts for a BS something like 60% liberal arts vs 40% vocational skills, because they are not designed as vocational schools. I agree this is somewhat problematic. Cal. Tech., MIT, NYU's Tandon School, polytechnics, A & Ms, &c normally have the opposite proportion of 60% vocation vs 40% liberal arts.

The argument in favor of a 'liberal arts' undergraduate education is that the traditional focus of that is to prepare you to be a well-rounded person. This is not the purpose of IIT or IISC Bangalore. It's also - in my view - why Indians filling those US tech jobs are so boring and often seem to have no moral compass.

Sure, one can focus on skills for one's education, but the point of education is not really to teach what to think, but how to improve one's thinking processes and thereby one's knowledge.

Which is good practice because that is the kind of bullshit Zuckerburg and co have to do to justify their poison, extol all the woke values they are pretending to promote

Yes, as annoying as this is, it did - I argue - prepare you and others, along with the other liberal arts curricula - to be able to sustain substantial arguments for difficult social, philosophical and historical problems. You are arguably a better CEO than an IIT graduate.

1/2 of their credit hours

I know you're kidding, but if I may be a cunt about this:

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering:

Social Science course requirement = 6 units

Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences requirement = 48 units (6 x 8 subjects) (6 of those 48 units are for the trans genocide course [when MIT offers it])

Total GIR (General Institute Requirements) Subjects Required for SB Degree = 102 units (48 of which are Humanities, and 6 of which are for the trans genocide course)

Units in Major = 180-183

Unrestricted Electives = 48-60

Units in Major That Also Satisfy the GIRs = (36-60)

Total Units Beyond the GIRs Required for SB Degree = 180-195

Total Units required for an SB Degree = 102 GIRs + 180 Major = 282 units, 6 of which are for the trans genocide paper (.02 of the curriculum)

Although many saw this shrine as an act of unity between the two groups, raccoon experts noted this was a sign of disrespect to the community, as a traditional raccoon burial involves a city official throwing the body into a garbage bag and disposing of it in the Don River.
