How can you be attracted to AAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLL the genders when 12 year olds on Tumblr haven't even finished inventing all of them yet??

Also, go ahead tell me you're attracted to Jeffrey Epstein pedophilegender, childmolestergender, rapistgender, humanfecesgender.

People who say this shit don't even sit and think for two minutes about what the word "ALL" actually means.

They'll just make up even cooler, biggerer terms as more genders pop up! Ultrasexual! Omegasexual! Superdupermegasexual!

Guess pansexual now isn’t woke enough and they have to make a new category.

Wow trans activists must hate those “genderblind” pansexuals for not validating their gender. Better jump to Omnisexuals who “see gender” and don’t care. Except I thought you couldn’t necessarily “see gender” and therefore we can’t assume.

I can’t keep up with the internal inconsistencies but god help any idiot Pan person who pretends that they can’t see that I’m unambiguously female/a woman.

If you see gender in your rear view is it closer than it appears?

Omnisexual? Sounds fake, but when has material reality ever stopped the Qs?

I love how every 5 years what was once progressive becomes abhorrent.

I wish this weren’t true. Now homosexuality connotes oppressive, gatekeeping bigotry, and sexual conservatism. Cool.

I think there's a segment of the population - vocal as they may be - that feel constantly compelled to redefine "bigotry" so they can always feel morally superior.

25 years ago, integrating elements and motifs from different cultures into your art and craft used to be progressive. It showed an appreciation and admiration for beauty and culture outside of your own. Now that's called appropriation. And people - white artists and professionals namely - do not feel comfortable integrating any kind of non-European influence into their art.

I'd wager in another 25 years, we'll call this racist. I mean, Trader Joe's is about to slap a Caucasian name on a bunch of "ethnic" food. How much do you want to bet they'll be accused of whitewashing in a decade or two?

I think you're on to something and I'm realizing that's what separated me from people I would in most other circumstances consider to be allies. I have a desire to understand things and different groups of people, to get myself out of my comfort zone, and to facilitate good, not just to virtue signal and look good for others. Sometimes this has meant realizing that beliefs I've held before are not consistent with my values and that I need to reverse course or moderate my position. I wish the people who want to feel morally superior had the wherewithal to realize the massive amounts of social destruction they're causing with their extremely antisocial behavior.

What's funny is that I'm still very liberal and always have been. But I'm getting a little older now. I've been engaged in political and social activism for over 10 years. And one thing I notice now that I didn't notice 5 or 10 years ago is just how much social liberalism requires this perpetual re-defining of what behavior is acceptable and what behavior is unacceptable.

It's one thing if I felt this re-defining was is in good faith and part of a longer-term shift towards the true "morally correct" behavior. But it's often done for no other reason than to perch yourself atop the proverbial pyramid of woke activism, to muster a sense of - again - moral superiority. Not just moral superiority to conservatives, or TERFs, but also other liberals and progressives.
