Just like death is a social construct because we truly dont know what death is...doesnt mean death isnt "real"...or like saying "countries arent real because theyre social constructs".

It's to prevent the formation of consciousness of a group identity to create a community against the oppressors and pretend THEIR identity doesnt exist as well and make it invisible.
