I think it's funny when people want to portray gay trans people as like, heterosexual perverts who are preying on actual gay people

No one is portraying them that way, that's just what they factually are.

I read some enterprising straight guys are going on grinder to hook up with "pre-everything ftms." I mean, these women aren't getting laid by gay dudes, I think they're more the prey.

Somehow deep down I knew I was queer even when I thought I was a straight cis woman.

🤡

I rejected any suggestion that I might be gay

You wouldn't have this inner turmoil if you understood that gay describes a homosexual person.

All through high school I literally tried to force myself to like girls - I'd even watch lesbian porn haha.

These straight girls live in what universe where they were actually forcing themselves to like women???

I mean, I know they are trying to mirror gay men's experiences (and at this point have maybe even convinced themselves that what they are saying is true) but it's just embarrassing to see them write this stuff.

My guess is it's something to do with having a poor innate sense of identity and wanting to be "special" or have an identity-based community to join. So first they try to convince themselves they're lesbian, but when they're inescapably heterosexual they drop that for the trans (or "bigender" as her flair states) thing, because the only thing required to be a heckin' valid "trans" is to want to be trans. Absolutely dovetails with their bizarre insistence that they "felt queer" despite being a whole-ass heterosexual woman. "Feeling queer" is just their term for really wanting specialness/identity-based community.

Why are asexuals now being included with LGB people? Asexuals have no sexual attraction to anyone. The FTM forum is full of women who think being a bisexual or gay man means you are a walking bad stereotype or caricture of a gay or bisexual man, and trans'men' have no idea how to be masculine or male. Also the way trans men want to force bisexual and gay men as well as lesbian and bi women to have sex with them is not just a total turn off, but basically sexual harassment.

Asexuality glommed on to the LGBTQ+ movement several years ago. It was very strange to witness in real time.

It started as a small group of people who were genuinely asexual or had very little sex drive, and were grateful to find each other thanks to the internet. Then there was an influx of those on the spectrum, which makes sense, but they acted like those on the spectrum tend to act. Then came the teens and tweens, and the next thing you know they were setting up booths at pride days and had a flag and pins and there was "aromantic asexuals" and "demisexuals" and "queerplatonics" and that's all she wrote, I guess.
