The only difference between teens and adults are age, money level, bills; they are usually the same maturity level.

Let me tell you something, kid: if you are the same maturity level at age 50 that you are at 15, YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG.

I know all teenagers think they know it all, but these kids take it to entirely another level. I also saw how they went right ahead and blamed women - the supposed "terfs" posing as detransitioners. 🙄 Their misogyny is right up there with their arrogance.

I have had Mega issues with mental health with almost all of it connected to dysphoria

I wonder if it ever occurred to them that they might have this backwards? That the dysphoria is, in fact, a condition of the mental illness?
It's both sad and infuriating. Call me doomer or blackpill or whatever, but I've long-since given up any hope for this world and our society. At this point I'm just eating popcorn and watching it burn. But sometimes I'll read something that just really, really makes me want to grab someone and shake them until something breaks.

The fact that nobody, at any point, in this person's circle raised the possibility that she might be confused because of her mental illness, instead of her developing mental illnesses because she's confused makes me want to crucify doctors and therapists and even her parents. Like, I want them to HURT like their daughter is no-doubt going to hurt for the rest of her ( statistically probably short ) life.

I get it, I really do. Like, how can anybody do something like this to a child? But like any cult, they think they're doing the right thing. Be mad at the people at the top. Big pharma and every LGB org that changed direction circa 2014. They're the ones who are responsible for this tragic mess.

I actually feel terrible for this one. I hope her parents withhold consent Tl:Dr mentally unwell 15 year old having double mastectomy

They're not witholding consent. Further down the thread she describes how her Dad pushed back on the testosterone and double mastectomy but the mother took legal action to force his hand ( sounds like parents are divorced). Surgery scheduled less than a year after being on hormones.

Christ. This is one of those threads I hope Exulansic does a response to. Severely mentally ill, in the psych ward with suicidal thoughts, Dad gets roped into consenting to surgery after Mom begins legal action.

I love that they insist surgery on minors is rare when so many American commenters seem to have had or know someone who had it.

And literally everyone is fully in support. No such thing as 'too Young's or 'wrong diagnosis '

And all detransitioners are terfs in disguise. Smh.
