Introverts are not a good candidate for long journeys where you are trapped in a small confined space with many other people. You will be required to exercise every day or else your body will literally rot away in the zero gravity environment. Once you arrive at the planet, you will be required to labor manually non-stop. Every resource will be hard fought for, including the very air you breathe.

Personal hygiene in cramped quarters is pretty important, too.
