Only birds? That sounds stupid.

Most species with some reptilian connections can eats insects, including birds.

I found these on @theflowernurse’s page (this is a link to her tweet and page)

This one is is a study on the parasites in insects and at what rates they can infect humans

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6613697/

And this one is basically talking about the same thing everyone is….why the push for bugs?

https://www.theorganicprepper.com/eating-bugs/

And this one I found relevant because I know the exact smell of which he is speaking. It’s a smell that repulses for a reason.

These should be made into suppositories, and given to Klaus Schwab.

Only BIRDS can process insect food

Anteaters, aardvarks, opossums, frogs, lizards, echidnas, armadillos, bats, bears, monkeys, chimpanzees, hedgehogs and moles say cease your bullshit.

Humans have eaten insects forever. Even in the soft, privileged west, it is impossible to avoid insects from getting into our food and being eaten. Especially in mass produced processed food. The ancient Greeks and Romans loved to eat cicadas and beetle larvae. Saint John the Baptist lived on locusts and honey when when he lived in the desert, and the early Christians ate locusts, beetles, and grasshoppers.

Every culture has, or still does, eaten insects. US military survival manuals teach troops to survive on bugs and insects.

As for chitin, if you've eaten mushrooms or shrimp, you've probably eaten chitin. It is non-toxic and safe to eat.
