Most people still don't realize that Chicago is the next Detroit. The white population is down to 30% so what the city started doing about 10 or so years ago is counting Hispanics as white. So when you look at thier population stats the older ones have a column for Hispanic and the newer ones don't.

It also hides the disparity in crime rates.
