As others have said, it seems that Biden is for now a placeholder and during the convention will be usurped by someone else, most likely his black, female running mate if she is announced before the convention.

That I have't figured out yet but sure, Billary is possible, the black one. Also a contender is Tulsi Gabbard who is the sexiest member of the Council on Foreign Relations. But neither of them is black. Gabbard is part Hawaiian though and a member of the Deep State so a perfect choice. As I said and is obvious, I do not know. October surprise?
