Most of those hadn't voted in 4 years and they did not respond to the State's request for validation. Still, there does seem to be almost 32,000 who may have voted in 2020 and can't be found.

if a voter had registered to vote, then the office that manages the voter registrations knows precisely who this person is and they know precisely where this person resides at and they know precisely where this person does his or her banking.

people are easy to skiptrace nowadays, so this is not a mystery.

everything is computerized and the voter registration office knows your phone number, most likely a cell phone number, and all of that information is easily obtained.

...which means that it is childsplay to figure out if any of those ballots were fraudulent...

..fraudulent could easily turn into criminal and criminal could easily turn into treason..

heads might very well roll.

DONALD JOHN TRUMP 2020

Even if fraud is proven, and enough fraud to alter the election, there still has to be proven conspiracy and then onto treason. I would think that someone who was in on a conspiracy would have rolled over by now.

But yes, it would be easy, even if lengthy, to do an audit that verifies each vote.

The commission on Saturday also deactivated 31,854 registrations of voters who may have moved and didn't respond to a mailing. The commission mailed postcards during the summer of 2019 to more than 230,000 voters identified by the Electronic Registration Information Center as having possibly moved.

The commission voted that summer not to deactivate them until after the April 2021 election to give them several chances to affirm they hadn't moved. That stance prompted a lawsuit from a conservative law firm, the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty, demanding the commission remove those voters within 30 days if they didn't respond to the mailing. The state Supreme Court ultimately ruled that the commission wasn't required to remove voters within that window.

Why did they wait until AFTER the election?

The Wisconsin supreme court ruled voters did not have to be removed from the voter rolls. One thing I like about the tweet that was linked to. The tweet conveniently made no mention of ballots being cast illegally. Sounds like there was no voter fraud in the 2020 election that turned the state towards President Biden.
