Objectivism is fucking dead.

We should hope.

Don't feed the shills.

[–]Retardation_station 3 insightful - 3 fun3 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 3 fun -  (7 children)

I was just hoping they'd have a reason other than "mUh DrUmPh!!!!1"

[–]GST893 4 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 2 fun -  (4 children)

Nah, that's all AN has. It's just "Orange man bad!" and vomit, msm/cia talking point, vomit, lie lie lie. They are a worthless piece of shit.

[–]ActuallyNot[S] 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (3 children)

The orange man was objectively bad.

That's why there's over a dozen court cases going on about him, and why all his colleagues are not in prison because he abused his power to pardon, freeing his convicted friends.

Aw the boogie man is bad and scary. It's ok the bad dream is over, your senile savior will help you. Lol!

It's scary that people support him, I suppose. Biden seems to be getting good advice on most things. I'm sure he's past his intellectual peak. But so is Trump, and a least Biden's peak was respectable.

Hilarious

Oh, no, he's most likely an actual shill. Many of which have named comprised of two capitalized common words.

Last year they all ended their sentences with the phrase "They Scream", which I assume was a translation error from a Chinese exclamation.

Oh, no, he's most likely an actual shill.

Wasting his time on a site where 5 to 10 people read the posts?

To what end?

Many of which have named comprised of two capitalized common words.

Can you show me half a dozen examples?

The capitalization is to mark the new word. I find the underscore awkward. I chose my username because I tend to post a reply when I see a comment that I disagree with.

Last year they all ended their sentences with the phrase "They Scream", which I assume was a translation error from a Chinese exclamation.

The relevance of this to me is what?

Rand might be of interest as a pop culture phenomenon, but despite the appeal to people who would have liked to be great, but who don't have a fleshed out concept of "other people", she's of no value in practice or theory.

"It’s looking increasingly like defamation suits could be our best bet for holding election conspiracy theorists accountable and for deterring future false claims of election fraud."

is this the fucking onion? wow

[–]zyxzevn 5 insightful - 3 fun5 insightful - 2 fun6 insightful - 3 fun -  (17 children)

The election fraud is real, so they need means to suppress the opposition.
Voting by computer automatically means fraud, but n this case it is even outrageously open.
I think it is to destabilize the country. And is now part of the cvovid reset.

election fraud has been outrageously open in every election ive been alive for. not sure why this one seems different.

[–]zyxzevn 3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Indeed.
And if THEY do not like the choice, the media will spread lies or the CIA will send shooters.

this is what you want everyone to believe.

soon, the united states will look like shithole afghanistan.

Good

[–]ActuallyNot[S] 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (12 children)

The election fraud was not real. Many courts and recounts have confirmed this.

[–]zyxzevn 4 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 2 fun -  (5 children)

Dream on.
The corrupt recounts and corrupt courts do not make something away.
Nor does the extreme censorship and extreme biased media make it go away.
The democrats are a huge fraud, that is how their party works even inside..
It does not mean that the republicans are much better, but the corruption and fraud is different.

[–]ActuallyNot[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (4 children)

They brought dozens of cases. You claim all the courts are corrupt?

You claim that every judge is a corrupt Democrat, the supreme Court that turned down the case and is packed by Republicans is corrupt and full of democrats?

That's genuinely your understanding?

Because a lot of people will be able to set through that. I don't really believe that you can't, of you're bring honest with yourself.

[–]zyxzevn 4 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 2 fun -  (1 child)

You are blind for not seeing the immense corruption,
but dream on.
Maybe that is how you deal with your life's problems.

[–]ActuallyNot[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

You are blind for not seeing the immense corruption,

This immense democrat corruption.

That is propagated by republican judges.

Is that right?

The Judge that refused to toss out the Dominion case in the original post, was appointed by Trump for instance. But he's pretty straightforward in dismissing the arguments.

Powell contends that no reasonable person could conclude that her statements were statements of fact because they “concern the 2020 presidential election, which was both bitter and controversial,” Powell’s Mot. at 38, and were made “as an attorney-advocate for [Powell’s] preferred candidate and in support of her legal and political positions,” ...

... But it is simply not the law that provably false statements cannot be actionable if made in the context of an election.

https://ecf.dcd.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/show_public_doc?2021cv0213-36

There's something amusing about the defence that "no reasonable person would take my statements seriously" when talking here to people who still claim that the election fraud was real.

Bought and paid for, for over TWO decade now.

https://thenewamerican.com/george-soros-buying-judges-now/

America is one of the most corrupt nations on the planet.

[–]ActuallyNot[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I agree that electing judges is a poor way of selecting them.

Politicians are corrupt. Judges should be selected on merit. US is the only country in the world that elects judges, the courts are a fucked up place to do activism because it complicates interpretation of the law.

That doesn't make them bought. It certainly doesn't make the Trump appointees bought by Soros.

But we know from the way you post deepfakes that you're a liar. I assume "the new american" is another of your fake news sites.

[–]ActuallyNot[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (4 children)

Ohh look. In line with your posting deepfakes, you've linked to a site with a big fake list of made up "evidence".

Great. Now the only thing we know that we didn't before is you know about several sites that list lies that you're trying to spread.

That was a waste of everyone's time.

You only believe what the main stream media tells you to believe, don't you?

Here. See with your own eyes:

The White House live feed that shows no one ever entering, and no one ever leaving.

I don't believe things that are batshit crazy.

And I've heard a lawyer talk those lists of "courts cases blocked" so I know how bullshit those ones are.

And you post deepfakes to try to discredit people, so you probably know how bullshit they are too. Or at least if you did, it wouldn't make any difference to you.

Yes, you've established that you link to fake news and faked media.

The Republican National Committee report found several cases in which Democrats used the virus as an excuse to scuttle voter identification rules, flood mailboxes with ballots, and limit poll watching and vote-count observations.

Resulting in almost exactly zero fraudulent votes.

[–]ActuallyNot[S] 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Dominion voting is a Canadian company, started in Ottawa, by Canadians. It has never done business in Venezuela.

So when Trump's liars say that it was created to manipulate elections for Hugo Chavez, that's clearly a lie.

If it damages the business of Dominion, it's actionable.

As a side effect it may limit future attempts to overturn an election with false claims of fraud.

Although in my personal opinion, that all the lawyers involved in the obviously groundless "Kraken" lawsuits that have been chucked out of every court they were brought in, are going to be disbarred will also help.
