Dore thinks Democrats are shitting the bed so much they're making even DeSantis look good, and Dore hates DeSantis.

I think Dore's underestimating the Democrat's continued monopolization of the media. When I drive around my 60/40 Democrat controlled neighborhood, I still see some Biden signs, and a hell of a lot of Ukrainian flags. They'll spin this Orwellian shit as not just a national good, but a necessity, and most people will gobble it up.

That's their privileged for controlling virtually all of Hollywood, academia and the media. Unless you follow right-leaning news sites, you're probably aren't even aware of the new Ministry of Truth. For example, CNN appears to have zero reporting on it. What's weird is that CNN's rss feeds covering non-CNN local news channels are mentioning the controversy.

That's Dore's blindspot. He actually follows real news sites. Most Americans don't. So Dore won't be able to accurately pick political shifts, even if he's accurate and informed on events.

If there were a 'Ministry of Truth' DeSantis, Trump, Taylor Greene, Boebert, Dore, Jones, Rand Paul, McConnell, Bannon and other professional liers would appropriately be in jail for corruption, and Parler, communities.win, Poal, Gab, Saidit and similar websites would be shut down by the FCC because of a lack of balance (which there was an FCC Fairness Doctrine law for until the late 1980s).

    Sadly he'll (DeSantis) be laughed out of any court cases. Florida is NOT taken seriously AT ALL and is a butt joke to most. If it weren't for the humidity I'd love to live there but we can't be far from family personal reasons.

    DeSantis has done some good stuff lately. The anti-grooming law in Florida is a step in the right direction and the sanctions against disney might actually have an impact.
