This nutjob Clinton appointed Judge has been insanely bending the rules like this in several related cases....which he somehow gets himself appointed to.

It is crazy to think that your political rival buying $8 Million in Russian disinformation through a foreign agent (Steele) in efforts to manipulate an election isn't 1) Textbook Slander, 2) Campaign Finance Fraud, 3) Aiding Foreign Interference in a US election....and as the lawsuit claims, clearly a malicious infliction of huge losses of money against Trump.

This Judge's actual judgement has actual reason for tossing the case and just spews rambles on nonsense, which I can't believe anyone can read without fear for our corrupt judicial system's dangerous precedence.....Yet the constant retribution, such as fining lawyers for bringing a case you don't like, is some scary ass communist shit hole type stuff.

This judge never said why the case was "clearly inadequate", nor why the court should presume before the evidence is permitted, that the case is "dishonest." All that is done is gaslighting us by assuming the motivations behind the suite to be "politically motivated," but not addressing anything specifically about the lawsuit, when dismissing it and punishing the lawyers. That is a lame, but convenient excuse, in a lawsuit against actually politically motivated libel.

Throw the judge in prison for life.

This case should never have been brought. Its inadequacy as a legal claim was evident from the start. No reasonable lawyer would have filed it. Intended for a political purpose, none of the counts of the amended complaint stated a cognizable legal claim.

Thirty-one individuals and entities were needlessly harmed in order to dishonestly advance a political narrative. A continuing pattern of misuse of the courts by Mr. Trump and his lawyers undermines the rule of law, portrays judges as partisans, and diverts resources from those who have suffered actual legal harm.

And the judgement is, on the scale of most people, a large liability: $1M almost.

Plaintiff Donald J. Trump and Plaintiff’s lead attorney—Alina Habba and Habba Madaio & Associates—are jointly and severally liable for $937,989.39.

So why did Trump bring such blatantly inadequate lawsuits? The judgement points that out too:

Shortly after announcing the lawsuits, Mr. Trump started sending “breaking news alert” text messages directly to his followers including a link[27] that asked them to donate to his Save America PAC:

President Trump is filing a LAWSUIT against Facebook and Twitter for UNFAIR CENSORSHIP! For the NEXT HOUR we’ve activated a 5X-IMPACT on ALL GIFTS! Please contribute IMMEDIATELY to INCREASE your impact by 500% and to get your name on the Donor List President Trump sees! [28]

But this $1M sanctions judgement is less than he paid this lawyer from donations to his save America PAC. So despite this he is turning a profit from these lawsuits with no merit.

Should there be stronger sanctions against dishonest lawsuits in the conspiracy era, or can the courts simply run his donors out of ready cash? The problem with that is that the courts have better things to do than fundraise for Trump.
