I agree. It's supposed to require a vote from Congress to go to war...

Say what you will about Trump, but just the fact that the establishment hates him so much might mean finally some real limitations on executive power. Though that might be the optimist in me and really they'll just do a 180 and let the next guy go hog wild again.
