Those video clips obviously take their main points out of context.

I'd agree we should look at political attempts to turn the US into a banana republic. Out of context video clips obviously won't work. Simply look at the past 40 years in US politics and the US economy, as policies have benefitted the wealthy at hte expense of the 99%, leading to extreme income inequality for much of the US. How did that happen? Remember Reaganomics? Remember "trickle-down economics"? Look at the history of pay-to-play politics. Look at Citizens United. All of that has been supported for 40 years, leading to growth at the top .01% and now hardly anyone in the 99% can afford a decent living. The 99% should have been the focus all along.
