Cooperatives are among the best bottom up alternative democratic solutions to most of the /s/Agenda21_Agenda2030 /s/Corporatocracy /s/ClassWar globalist /s/RulingClass /s/Technocracy Zionist problems of our world including:

● Balance: We all do better when we all do better.
● Benefits: Group interests are more important than "elite" interests (parasitic greed).
● Bottom up: Everyone has a meaningful say.
● Communism is totalitarian control over all government then business.
● Capitalism is inverted totalitarian control over all business then government.
● Community: It's about more than just profits.
● Democracy: Belongs in the work place too, where you spend most of your waking life.
● Employment: Why lay off people making them a burden to society when everyone could just work less in lean times?
● Environment: Why pollute the region where you live?
● Pride: Be co-boss of your own enterprise, a worthy investment.
● Profits: Decide together how things are distributed and invested for a better future for all.
● Sustainability: Decentralized alternative solutions.
● Unions: Unnecessary.

A cooperative (a.k.a. co-operative, co-op, or coop) is an autonomous association of persons united voluntarily to meet their common economic, social, and cultural needs and aspirations through a jointly-owned enterprise.

Cooperatives may include:

● businesses owned and managed by the people who use their services (a consumer cooperative)
● organizations managed by the people who work there (worker cooperatives)
● multi-stakeholder or hybrid cooperatives that share ownership between different stakeholder groups. For example, care cooperatives where ownership is shared between both care-givers and receivers. Stakeholders might also include non-profits or investors.
● second- and third-tier cooperatives whose members are other cooperatives
● platform cooperatives that use a cooperatively owned and governed website, mobile app or a protocol to facilitate the sale of goods and services.

Cooperative businesses are typically more economically resilient than many other forms of enterprise, with twice the number of co-operatives (80%) surviving their first five years compared with other business ownership models (41%). Cooperatives frequently have social goals which they aim to accomplish by investing a proportion of trading profits back into their communities.
