Bi male and same here. I'm not and never have been part of the "community." You can still respect people, promote equality and have a good life without having to join any group. All groups remind me of is religion and I don't like it. Us vs them is ugh. I will say though that I might have the ability to choose this because I'm 6'1" and the last time anyone ever made fun of me to my face was in 8th grade and literally no one but crazy people have ever tried to get physical with me. It took me a while to realize that not everyone can pick and choose what places they go like I can and that my build has a lot to do with that.
