There are woman that have foot and yaoi fetishes so it's not a male exclusive thing at all. The difference is that woman are, in general, less vocal about their fetishes than men.

It's because of the people that they attract. Gay and bi men who have cognitive dissonance and see themselves as straight will hook up with MtFs as a way to not admit to being gay.

Those MtFs are willing to participate in this. Also a side note. If you read a bunch of these profiles some of them don't get the woke terminology correct which I always find amusing because the idea is generally that if you don't use pronouns correctly it's literally violence.

lol I don't even use grindr because of just like the perception around it. It's the perfect stereotypical "gay guys do ten hookups a week" app that you just know was gonna eventually start having them trickle in. Also, a bit unrelated isn't grindr owned by the CCP?

There's also the reports of homophobes using the app for planning gay bashings and robberies, and let's not forget the scammers. The icon of the fucking app is a mask, so let's not forget that.

Dating apps as a whole can be a danger to the people who use them, that's why I don't bother.
