So transphobia is bad, but homophobia is okay? This is proof that transsexuals have more rights than sane GLB people.

Quite. It would be one thing if it were illegal to serve both genderspecials and LGB people, but to pick and choose between one and the other isn't cool.

The law indicates that businesses aren't supposed to discriminate against innate qualities of people... Ie race sex or... Sexuality... Gender identity is far more arguable to be a "lifestyle choice."

Reading a bit into this it looks like the trans ruling was a business that does electrolysis on women. So it seems like another JY style "man wants hair removal services because he says he's a woman"

I told everyone who would listen that they would sell LGB out for the T.

Don't understand how this is a problem, other than the trans hypocrisy. Businesses should be able to set their own rules, and an openly straight-only business will probably suffer due to bad publicity anyway.

Good. It was wrong when they tried to force that baker, Jack Phillips, to bake the stupid wedding cake, and I hope that his freedom to operate under his own moral framework (vs some insane woke relativistic moral code) is codified into law.

I honestly don't care if the business owner is homophobic, and I probably won't ever have to - that's the beauty of the free market.
