Literally nobody says that genial preference is transphobic. Just if I pass well and I ask out a lesbian on a date. But they turn me down just for being trans. I'm gonna feel like shit. Its putting genitalia first rather than actual attraction.

LITERALLY NOBODY SAYS THAT YOU CAN'T HAVE GENITAL PREFERENCES. Anyway, here's why you can't have genital preferences...

I’m beginning to think when they say “no one is saying you can’t have a genital preference” they literally mean it like that. As in, that exact sentence, with no deviations with other pesky words. “YOU CANT HAVE A GENITAL PREFERENCE!”. As long as no one says it outright like that, they can keep denying it.

And frankly I don't know how much they can deny the exact words are said. I've also seen them saying "no one says genital preferences are transphobic", and yet I've seen plenty of TRAs saying the exact words that "genital preferences are transphobic".

When they say "no one ever says that" the meaning is more like "no one in my close circle of friends has said these exact words this week".

"no one in my close circle of friends has said these exact words this week"

"And if they did, you misunderstood them. Even though they said they're serious... Anyways, genital preferences are transphobic. But I would never say that of course."

"Exact words" is what it's all about. They think that all of their mind games and verbal loopholes aren't actually conniving and shitty because they did the bare minimum of not making explicit demands and threats.

I think they are starting to say it’s ok to have a gpreference but that shouldnt stop you from dating us. Work around it lol

They make sex seem so scripted and tedious that I wonder if they've ever actually HAD sex themselves. "Oh, but what if this person has the body part youre not attracted to but they don't use it? Would you have sex with them then?" No because I have to be sexually attracted to that person to have sex with them and whats in their pants can be a dealbreaker even if I was initially attracted to them on a superficial level.

Why do these creeps think sex or dating is a human right? Its not, no one even owes you affection nevermind sex. GTFOH.

They make sex seem so scripted and tedious

Because the only purpose for sex with them is identity validation. Don't forget that there are also do's & don'ts FOR sex with trans people. Don't do this...don't say that...mouthfeel, fronthole blah blah blah validation validation validation. What a fucking nightmare. Hell nah, I'm not a validation sex slave. No one is.

Absolutely and I think this will inevitable lead to their mental breakdowns further down the line. If your entire existence relies on being validated by everyone around you you're gonna be miserable forever.

TRAs come in two flavors: <22 y/o with little to zero sexual experience and no idea what they're talking about as you said, and the older manipulative scumbags that feed them their lines.

[–]SapphicFox 5 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 0 fun6 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Yep, and I have no time for any of them, who tf wants to deal with mental derangement right off the bat when starting a relationship?

[–]reluctant_commenter[S] 21 insightful - 2 fun21 insightful - 1 fun22 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

I know right? Lying to that one commenter who brought up Riley Dennis, being like "no one says that" then saying it themself. It reads as if they lack reading comprehension. But it's more likely they're just being manipulative.

And the ‘I’m gonna feel like shit’ bit. As if everything that makes someone feel bad was oppression 🙄 typical misconception men have

I love how honest those people were.

"if your partner could no longer have sex with you, would you break up with them?"

"yeah, probably"

The entire TRA agenda can be boiled down to 'rules for thee but not for me'. They can choose not to date trans people, but anyone else can't.

[–]Eurowoman24 28 insightful - 7 fun28 insightful - 6 fun29 insightful - 7 fun -  (0 children)

this is another reason they have trouble dating, who wants a partner who's just a massive headache?

[–]GConly 29 insightful - 4 fun29 insightful - 3 fun30 insightful - 4 fun -  (5 children)

Then you are transphobic since dating isnt completely about sex.

It is the deal maker or breaker though.

[–]Rosefield 29 insightful - 7 fun29 insightful - 6 fun30 insightful - 7 fun -  (0 children)

Then you are transphobic

Idgaf. That's like religious zealots calling you a sinner. Trans cultist rules don't matter at all.

But haven't you heard? Relationships are about being cute, holding hands, and cuddling together to anime. Not this filthy sex.

Yeah, it's one of the worst arguments TRAs can bring to the table.

"bUt A pErsOn Is nOT JuSt tHEir geNitALs!!!"

Being of the sex I am attracted to is a pre-requisite though. Doesn't mean I want to f*ck or date everyone with a penis.

Yep: being a man is required... but not sufficient. He also has to be the right type of man: specifically, YOUR type. And I'm guessing that's a pretty select group.

This shit literally writes itself lol

Now if only more people would care to notice instead of gloss over it...

Like I dunno what to even say at this point. Should we just let them have at each other?

edit: Also let me know if you think I should flair this as something else, I thought it qualified for the "humor" category, lol.
