Why is it socially acceptable to say this but not say ‘I want to inspire people to get a boob job? What is the difference? She is not doing anything inspirational but only encouraging young women to harm themselves. Trans ideology is so messed up. If she wants to cut up her body, she needs to keep it to herself and not spread this dangerous practice to impressionable young people. Also since she is a ‘man’ now, she should stop playing in the WNBA.

When Angelina Jolie removed her breasts to prevent literal cancer, people lost their minds. When this gal removes her breasts just for cosmetic reasons, everyone cheers.

I saw this on People.com.

Shes not even identifying as a man, but rather 'trans genderfluid nonbinary' or some such nonsense.

When do we get to see celebratory articles about skin bleaching or breast augmentations for teenage girls? I mean, since we've decided as society that surgical body modification is a necessary and valid part of expressing one's true identity.

Edited to add: what shall we bet that in 15 yrs time, this person and others who've made the same choice are having complications from their unnecessary surgeries and whining about the lack of attention given to 'trans health care'.

So many ordinary lesbians getting/wanting their breasts removed for "nonbinary" reasons! Not just this chick, but also Noelle Stevenson, Ash Hardell, Nats Getty, now Ellen Page. Probably soon Hannah Hart, or Tegan & Sara. 10 or 20 years ago all of them would've been fine existing as gnc/nonconforming women, and fine existing as lesbians. Now they are all rushing to call themselves "unwomen" and get unnecessary surgery, for the sake of a fucking fad!
