Let me get out in front and say that I am not shitting on all bisexual people when I say this, but a lot of this rhetoric just screams "narcissistic bisexual person can't imagine that not everyone on earth has the same brain as them."

Like, it's perfectly okay to be bi. You wanna have sex or romance with men and women, great! You do you. It doesn't hurt me at all. But when you can't understand that just because you are bisexual doesn't mean that therefore everyone is bisexual, that's a problem. Gay people exist!

Also, miss me with that "I think labels are stupid" talk - if you think labels are stupid, then don't label yourself, but don't also go around telling people what labels mean (or that labels have no meaning and can be whatever anyone wants them to be). Labels exist for a purpose, and that purpose is for efficiency of communication. I call myself "gay" because it's shorthand for "I'm sexually attracted to other men." If "gay" means "I'm sexually attracted to other men, but also to women, but also to horses," for one person, and means, "I'm sexually attracted to straight men and also bisexual cows," for another person, then communication breaks down and no one is able to understand each other.

I'm not a religious person, but if there is a God, I'd ask him to please cut out this modern-day Tower of Babel stuff.

MTE. Of course there are intelligent bi folks who understand homosexuality and don't believe our sexuality is fluid. But it seems like the bi folks who are in gay spaces do believe we all like both sexes... but we have a "preference" for the same sex, and sometimes we'll dabble with the opposite sex. No sir. No ma'am. We don't do that.

My mom is bi and has never asked me if I liked dudes because she understands lesbianism. She played a huge role in making sure I never questioned my sexuality and told me that only liking girls was perfectly okay. We had other issues, such as her hating masculinity and wanting me to be a lipstick lesbian instead of a butch, but we went to therapy and resolved that. People here shit on radfems, but my mom is a radfem who made for damn sure that compulsory heterosexuality didn't affect me. I never wanted male attention/validation... except from gay guys. Ugh, I thought my gay guy friends' opinions mattered on fashion/style. My mom told me not to listen to them lol gay men rule the fashion industry and dictate what women should wear. 👎🏾

I actually talked with that user on a different post. She is a homophobic bisexual woman who has a fetish for gay men. She told another gay man who had tried sleeping with a woman before that he just needed to find the right girl, and after I told her that no gay man would sleep with her, she said sh would "make me a REAL man" She also thinks it's sexist to want to keep women out of gay (male) spaces and to not sleep with women
