Following his transition about seven years ago, he has grown a full beard, developed gym-built muscles and now appears just as masculine as his male colleagues at work.

Women would do well to break into the trades. But the bar is very high. It's super hard to be a female in the trades, with some exceptions.

I'm so perplexed by her suggestion that if you think someone is trans, you should ask them their pronouns. First of all, that assumes that 'trans' is visible, when we were told it's all in your head. Secondly, aren't you then just using pronouns to 'out' someone? Like, deliberately descriminating based on presumed gender identity?

I don't know what laws are like in Australia (where she is), but in the US, it would definitely open up risk for her and her employer to be doing this kind of performative woke word shuffle and reveal personal/intimate details, especially in their home.

Call clients by their name and don't use pronouns at all, how hard is that.
