Hannibalboy's post about puberty blocker side effects got me interested in this group on Twitter, Gays Against Groomers.

I hadn't heard of them before, but they seem to be generally pro-LGB, although admittedly it does just say "gays" in the group name. Their website volunteer form refers to LGB people. They also have a Youtube channel that I am planning to check out.

Anyone know much else about them or interact with them before? In the absence of any red flags, I'd like to add them to our list of LGB-friendly organizations.

They are retaliating against Twitter and Facebook having the word 'groomer' because parents are upset that teachers who identify as trans talk about gender and sexuality in grade schools, including kindergarten. Much of this is going on with the trans crowd and their so called'assigned at birth' theory. There are trans who think that the sooner a child identifies with a pronoun, the better, some even saying that all children should be on puberty blockers until a decision is made.

This understandably alarms many parents. Many people who are not in the "LGBT" community don't know about the infighting between gays and the transgendered, so the "gays against groomers" are trying to distance themselves from this behavior, making it clear that there are some of us who are not supportive of young children being taught about pronouns in school. Libs of TikTok is famous for posting neon colored teachers who brag about teaching their students about gender and do activities with them like wearing badges for a day that displays any other gender than you currently are.

At least this is as far as I understood it. Pardon any of my typos... I have sources for some of these on my computer.

If you operate under the assumption that any slight deviation from extreme gender conformity means a child is trans then that thought process makes sense. This is why i don't think that they are honest actors. They often point out that there isn't one way to be a man or woman. The main problem that they have as adults is having an aesthetically poor transition outcome because they went through puberty. They think "if only i hadn't gone through puberty I would look like a real man/woman"

Therefore it's easier for them to create a narrative that all children are trans than to deal with the reprecussions of transitioning. I'm not sure they actually believe that but in their absolute narcissism they are willing to sacrifice all children for the validation of their own identity.

Huh - looks like the Twitter account you linked has no tweets and the profile picture is a trans flag with an antifa symbol on it.

So I'm going to guess that something happened there in the last few hours; that was pretty fast.
