I am mostly annoyed with non trans IDed bisexual women identifying as lesbians and having sexual relations with heterosexual men.Especially those bisexual women who claim they were gay but got cured thanks to that special magic penis.

Edited to add : I have zero problem with sincere bisexual women who do not co-opt female homosexuality in order to stroke male ego.

It's a (another) theme. Was lesbian, takes testosterone now attracted to men. Are they a. not exclusively lesbian in the first place or b. T does something to a person's sexuality. If a. - one would imagine a person knows their own sexuality. If b. - frightening implications. And how??? A man with a natural supply of T can be homosexual or not, T cannot be a deciding factor. Imo they're late bloomers who don't understand their own sexuality ... but... so many of them? Any discussion welcome

They care more about the label of being "gay" than what their literal sexuality is. So it's a straight woman. Insists on being part of lgbtwtfbbq++++++ umbrella so claims to be a lesbian while having no attention to women. Then transitions and gets on testosterone which amps up her sexuality and now she can pretend to be gay while being heterosexual.

Going back to my college days and my subsequent time teaching in academia, there is a long history of a certain subset of women, for example, taking a Women's Studies class and declaring themselves bisexual or lesbian for a while, then, without fanfare, returning to dating men. With the advent of LGBTQIA+ as a club so many now seem to want to join, it's not inconceivable that some of these women first claim to be lesbians. Then, once they switch to claiming to be trans, they can now admit to being attracted to men again while still retaining their status as LGBTQIA+.

They're into femboys but weren't comfortable enough with it before they take T (because they perceive themselves as more feminine than any male), then they start seeing themselves as masculine and get over it and embrace their attraction.

Ironically the T has nothing but a placebo effect because experiments have shown that it cannot change one's sexuality.

I suspect that they were never attracted to women at all. But more than that, I suspect they'd never been particularly in touch with their sex drive before that. (Possibly due to medication like SSRIs.) So they interpreted their friendships with women as attraction, along with the current fad for being queer making them want to be gay. Then they take testosterone and their sex drive kicks into gear and they start developing actual attractions. Which are to men because they were always straight.

In my time on the planet I’ve known plenty of straight women obsessed with fucking gay men who’ve pretended they were lesbians or bisexual because that somehow explained why they exclusively hung around gay guys. But I never knew one of them to have so much as a flirtation with another woman.

About A: I wouldn’t say that a person necessarily knows their own sexuality. I think that for some people, they just go through life not really giving it much thought other than the pressure society puts on people to get married and have children.

As for why women think they’re lesbians: I suspect that it is for the same reason there are more women claiming to be asexual than men. They’re repulsed by the idea of having sex with men, and assume that their sexual repulsion to the opposite sex must mean that they aren’t straight or bisexual.
